Job Description

Supply and Distribution Manager Pro Bros Provider Pty Ltd, trading as Pro Bros Providore, is a wholesale distributor of premium fresh produce supplying the foodservice industry such as restaurants, cafes, hotels, clubs, pubs, caterers and more. Operating from our warehouse at Sydney Markets, Homebush West, NSW, we source from 300+ growers and also run Sydney Prep Kitchen, which pre-preps produce to customer specification under Australian Food Safety standards. - Oversee and manage daily warehouse and storage operations.
- Review, track and manage stock movements from suppliers to customers to ensure time-productive re-ordering and restocking.
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimise inventory management, product availability, and operational performance.
- Prepare and implement plans to maintain required stock levels at minimum cost.
- Negotiate agreements with suppliers on pricing, volumes and delivery schedules to secure quality, cost-effective supply.
- Manage and liaise with suppliers locally and regionally on cost,



quality, stock levels and delivery, providing forecasts to ensure continuity of supply.
- Monitor and manage inventory management systems and stock control procedures to minimise wastage and maintain supply continuity.
- Process orders, supervise transactions and invoicing, and oversee recording of purchase, storage and distribution transactions.
- Liaise with internal departments and customers on outbound order requirements to ensure accurate, on-time fulfilment.
- Oversee order fulfilment to meet customer specifications and food-safety standards.
- Implement systems and processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Manage and monitor staff performance.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification.

Experience:

- At least 1 year experience as a Supply and Distribution Manager or a related field.

Location: Homebush West, NSW 2129

- $80,000– $100,000 per annum, plus superannuation.
