You’ll be joining a Canberra-based MSP that supports small and medium-sized businesses operating in and around the defence sector. That means your clients take compliance seriously – think ISO standards, Essential Eight, and security-first IT environments. It’s a step up from your average MSP role, and the kind of place where your work has real stakes.
Day to day you’ll be handling escalated support, managing client environments and working across a well-established toolstack including Microsoft 365, Intune, Datto, Autotask and Kaseya.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
- Handling escalated Level 2 support tickets across a portfolio of SMB clients
- Administering and supporting Microsoft 365 and Intune environments
- Working within compliance frameworks including Essential Eight and ISO standards
- Using Datto, Autotask and Kaseya to manage, monitor and support client environments
- Troubleshooting networking, connectivity and endpoint issues
- Supporting security-focused clients with day-to-day IT needs and escalations
- Maintaining accurate documentation across client environments
- Escalating complex issues to the L3 team where required
WE NEED YOU TO HAVE.
- Solid L2 experience in an MSP environment
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Intune
- Familiarity with Datto, Autotask and/or Kaseya (or similar RMM/PSA platforms)
- A genuine interest in cybersecurity and compliance-driven environments
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a methodical approach to problem solving
- Good communication skills – you can keep clients informed and calm under pressure
- Full Australian working rights
IT'S NICE TO HAVE.
- Working knowledge of Essential Eight or ISO compliance frameworks
- Experience supporting clients in or adjacent to government or defence sectors
- Any Microsoft or security certifications
- Exposure to networking fundamentals – firewalls, VPNs, DNS, DHCP
