Talent International, a leading Australian recruitment firm, has been engaged by our long-standing client, a leading global manufacturer, to recruit a Manufacturing Assembly Worker for their Chipping Norton manufacturing facility.

Role Title: Manufacturing Assembly Worker

Contract Length: Initial 3 or 6-month contract, with a strong likelihood of extension

Location: Chipping Norton, Sydney NSW

Shift : Monday to Friday

Pay: $33.85 per hour + super

Start Date: ASAP

Interview Process: One interview followed by a pre-employment medical

Role Details:

- Assist with the assembly and production of heat exchanger components within a manufacturing environment.
- Operate production equipment and machinery while following established workplace procedures.
- Assemble, inspect, package and prepare finished products and components.
- Perform repetitive manual handling and general production duties as required.
- Work within a safety-focused production team while meeting quality and productivity requirements.

Required Skills & Experience:





- Previous experience within manufacturing, production, assembly, machine operation or a similar industrial environment is highly regarded.
- Experience working with tools, machinery or production equipment would be beneficial.
- Ability to perform repetitive manual handling tasks, including lifting items weighing up to 15kg.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow production and safety procedures.
- Reliable, safety-conscious and able to work effectively within a fast-paced team workplace.
