About the role

As a Storeperson (Lvl A or B), you’ll be at the heart of our multi temperature facility, working across ambient, chiller and freezer zones to pick, pack and move stock safely and accurately. You’ll help us maintain our food safety and quality standards, as part of a team that takes pride in servicing the customer and getting it right the first time, all the time.





These are permanent full time roles based at our Chullora warehouse (Sydney), with positions available on the following shifts for,

Permanent Full time

- Day Shift: Mon - Fri 7:00am - 3:06pm
- Afternoon Shift: Sun - Thu 3:00pm - 11:06pm
- Night Shift: Sun - Thu 10:00pm - 6:06am

What you will do

- Pick, pack & stage orders in the correct temperature zone
- Hand load orders into trucks in reverse delivery drop sequence
- Build, wrap & load pallets onto trucks
- Pick, replenish & rotate stock using FIFO / FEFO principles
- Maintain cold chain & temperature requirements when handling, storing & moving product, in line with food safety & quality standards (HACCP)
- Participate in housekeeping & continuous improvement activities
- Keep accurate, up to date records using RF devices, WMS system & paperwork
- Unload incoming supplier deliveries
- Unload shipping containers
- Receive, palletise and process incoming stock - checking quality, temperatures, expiry dates, weights, damages & discrepancies
- Stage & put stock away accurately & efficiently
- Perform labelling, repacking & sorting
- Report & action variances, damages & non-conforming products
- Participate in cycle counts & stocktakes
- (Optional) Safely drive & operate a licensed forklift (counterbalance & reach truck),

- A valid driver’s licence (minimum Class C)
- Ability to work in multi-temperature environments, including chiller & freezer zones
- Min 1 yr experience in controlled warehouse environments using WMS/ERP systems & RF scanners
- Previous exposure to quality systems & Food Safety handling
- Safe & correct manual handling techniques
- Min 1 yr experience with reach & counterbalance forklifts. A valid suitable forklift licence (applicable for Storeperson Lvl B role)
