Property Manager | Reasonable Portfolio | Beachfront Office | Up to $105k Package + Supportive Team An excellent opportunity is available for an experienced Property Manager to join a well-established real estate agency.
This role would suit a Property Manager who enjoys building strong relationships with landlords and tenants, delivering high-quality service and managing a reasonable, well-supported portfolio without being overloaded.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a reasonable residential property portfolio
- Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Handling routine inspections, lease renewals and rent reviews
- Coordinating maintenance requests and liaising with trades
- Managing arrears, tenant communication and compliance matters
- Conducting entry and exit processes where required
- Working closely with leasing and administration support
- Providing a high level of communication and service to clients
- Ensuring properties are managed professionally and efficiently
About You You will ideally have:
- Previous experience as a Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager ready to step up
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good organisation and attention to detail
- A calm and professional approach to problem-solving
- Confidence dealing with landlords, tenants and contractors
- Current QLD real estate registration or licence
- A positive attitude and genuine interest in property management
- Experience using property management software will be highly regarded
