Physiotherapist - Onsite + Work from Home

- Permanent Full-Time or Part-Time opportunity:Minimum 3 days per week, Monday toFriday (no weekend work!)
- Located in Western Sydney: Onsite across Fairfield, Kemps Creekand surrounding suburbs + work from home
- Remuneration:$85k–$100kFTE (based on experience) + PD Allowance + Super

We’re seeking an engaging and experienced Physiotherapist with a strong background in musculoskeletal care to join our Sydneyteam, delivering occupational rehabilitation and physiotherapy services onsite. This permanent full-time or part-time role suits a clinician available for a minimum of 3 days per week, with a mix of onsite shifts and flexible early intervention telehealth work.

Working across a range of clinics onsite in organisations, you will becollaborating with organisations and their employees to prevent & manage injuries within the workplace, driven by the belief that happier and healthier people perform better. You won't be stuck in the same 4 walls of a clinic everyday - you will be out on the floor with workers, consulting with health and safety professionals and be actively involved in proactive initiatives in the workplace. Being a Physio at Axis allows you to useyour interpersonal and clinical reasoning skills, without being hands on with patients all day AND still doing what you love but in a more sustainable way, that way you can be a Physio for many years to come.

In this role you will:

- Provide onsite Physiotherapy and occupational rehabilitation to employees in the workplace
- Deliver early intervention injury triage and management via telehealth
- Create & support innovative early intervention physiotherapy and wellbeing services for our customers
- Closely consult and collaborate with both employees,



managers and organisations to support a happy & health workforce
- Participate in and contribute to a strong team culture across the Axis team, both locally and interstate.
- Enhance Axis' reputation as a market leader in providing onsite Physiotherapy and rehabilitation services.

You will bring the following:

- Previous experience as a musculoskeletal or private practice Physiotherapist (at least 18 months)
- Completed Bachelor of Physiotherapy
- Current registration with Australian Health Practitioner Agency (AHPRA)
- Skilled indemnity insurance
- Full Australian working rights
- Australian drivers license and access to your own private vehicle
- Willingness to undergo background and/or other pre-employment checks
