Sitemax is seeking a reliable and motivated Installation Team Member to join our growing Sydney team.

This is a hands-on role working across a variety of construction and infrastructure projects, assisting with the installation, maintenance, and removal of temporary site solutions. You'll work both in office and within our operations team to help deliver projects safely, professionally, and to a high standard.

Whether you have experience in fencing, carpentry, construction, manufacturing, or are looking to build a career in the industry, we provide training and development opportunities for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with the installation and removal of: Timber hoarding systems (in-ground, screw bolt and counterweight)
- Temporary fencing systems
- Banner mesh and site branding
- Site upgrades, repairs, and maintenance
- Operate tools, equipment, and machinery safely and efficiently
- Load, unload, and transport materials to and from project sites
- Work closely with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment
- Follow all site safety procedures and company policies
- Participate in training and development programs to build skills and industry knowledge

- Comfortable working outdoors in a variety of conditions

- Current Driver’s License (essential)

Experience & Qualifications

Experience in any of the following is highly regarded:

- Fencing, hoarding, carpentry, timber construction, landscaping, manufacturing, or general labouring
- Working on active construction sites
- Operating machinery or construction equipment
- Understanding of site safety requirements and construction environments

Licenses & Tickets (advantageous but not essential):

- White Card
- Forklift License
- MR Truck License
- EWP License
- Manitou / Telehandler License

Travel

Most projects are located within the Sydney Metropolitan area; however, occasional regional work may be required in locations such as Newcastle, Dubbo, and Nowra. Any approved overnight travel is fully organised and paid for by Sitemax.
