Accounts payable and office administration role.

Responsibilities and Experience

- Accounts Payable: Manage the end-to-end AP process, including accurate coding, batching, and processing of high-volume invoices.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Extract, analyse, and interpret complex data sets (e.g., supplier spending trends, expense variances)
- Reconciliation: Perform timely and accurate supplier statement reconciliations and bank allocations
- Interpret and analyse complex data sets to support financial decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Maintaining confidentiality of financial and customer information.
- Complying with all internal procedures, financial controls, and WHS requirements.




- Demonstrated communication skills handling both internal staff, interdepartmental, and management interactions and external customer, and supplier requests and correspondence in a timely manner with respect and professionalism.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in accounts payable and office administration.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Proficiency in with MS office suit programs, with higher level excel skills a must have, experience with various 3rd party accounting software packages an advantage.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
