About the Role

You will be joining a team of highly regarded legal professionals, reporting directly to the CEO. As a Lawyer and Team Leader, you will be forming a new team where you will manage your own portfolio of personal injury matters (a mixture of Workcover, Motor Vehicle and PIPA matters), with the support of a Paralegal and a Secretary.

You would be responsible for:

- Converting and retaining current enquiries
- Managing files professionally, proactively and efficiently
- Providing clear, expert legal advice to clients
- Liaising with barristers, insurers, medical professionals and other key stakeholders
- Representing clients in negotiations, dispute resolution, or court processes as required
- Providing monthly reports to management
- Delivering exceptional client service

This newly created role is based in our Brisbane CBD office. This is a full time position with flexible work options, including work from home, available.

About You
