About the Role

We're after a Digital & Marketing All-Rounder to take the lead on our day-to-day social media, content and digital marketing. You'll have full access to our social media, YouTube and Google accounts, real ownership over what we post and how we sound, and hands-on access to our full product range and the latest tech as it lands. Your job is to turn that into content, written, photographed and captioned in your own voice,



and to keep it sharp and relevant to what's actually happening in the camping, 4WD and adventure space.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and schedule social media content across Instagram and Facebook

- Create and caption visual content, including product photography, social tiles and promotional graphics

- Respond to comments and messages across platforms professionally

- Update and improve website content, including product pages and comparisons

- Support marketing for new product launches across the Element 3 range

- Provide general admin support across the business as needed

- Help put together content for job ads, brochures and trade materials

About You

- Experience in social media management, content creation or digital marketing

- Confident with photography and comfortable with design tools such as Canva or Adobe

- Genuinely into the camping, 4WD and adventure space, and across what's trending in it

- Robust writing skills and an eye for detail

- Happy to pick up general admin tasks as they come up

- Self-motivated and comfortable working within a small, hands-on team

- Video editing experience is a bonus, though not essential
