About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Medical Centre Receptionists to join our team at Our Medical Morayfield.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients and play a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional and efficient front-of-house experience. You will also provide essential administrative support to support the smooth day-to-day operation of the medical centre.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide a professional and welcoming reception experience for all patients and visitors




- Support patient check-ins via the Our Medical app and other general enquiries
- Support healthcare professionals to ensure efficient patient flow
- Perform day-to-day administrative tasks as required
- Maintain a clean, organised, and professional reception environment

About You

You are a proactive and service-driven skilled who enjoys working with people and thrives in a busy environment. You take pride in delivering a high standard of customer service and contributing to a positive team culture.

You will have:

- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role
- Experience in a medical centre or general practice environment (preferred)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Proficient computer skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work morning, evening and weekend shifts
