Milieu Early Education & Care is excited to be opening our beautiful brand-new service in Raby, and we are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Childcare Chef to join our team.

About the Role
As our Childcare Chef, you will be responsible for planning and preparing fresh, nutritious meals and snacks for children aged 0-6 years in accordance with the NSW Munch & Move Guidelines.
You will work from our approved 4-week rotational menu, ensuring all meals are prepared to a high standard while catering for children's individual dietary, allergy and cultural requirements.
About You
- Experience working as a Childcare Chef (essential)
- A Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or a willingness to obtain one
- Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- A current Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Knowledge of children's nutrition and allergy management
- Experience following the NSW Munch & Move nutrition guidelines
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- A genuine passion for providing healthy, nutritious meals for children
Your Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea daily
- Follow our approved 4-week rotating menu
- Prepare meals in line with the Munch & Move Guidelines
- Cater for allergies, intolerances and cultural dietary requirements
- Maintain a clean, organised and compliant commercial kitchen
- Manage food ordering, stock rotation and inventory
- Ensure all food safety and hygiene requirements are met
- Work collaboratively with educators to promote healthy eating experiences for children
