Family Services Australia is seeking a Post Placement Support Consultant to facilitate retention of employment outcomes for program participants, working within our Workforce Australia Services Integrated Employment Service Model.

You will build relationships with participants and employers, deliver high quality post-placement support, collaborate with our multidisciplinary team, and uphold confidentiality and integrity in a high-volume community service workplace.
