About You

We are seeking a confident, experienced, and professional Clinical Success Specialist to join our growing ANZ team. In this client-facing role, you will provide advanced clinical training, support, and education to healthcare professionals using Alma's energy-based devices.

You will be a trusted clinical advisor, helping clients get the most from their technology while ensuring treatments are delivered safely, effectively, and in line with clinical best practice.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver tailored, evidence-based clinical training across ANZ in clinics, workshops, and educational events
- Provide post-sale clinical support to ensure confident, effective use of Alma's laser, IPL, and RF systems
- Act as a clinical liaison for treatment planning, client questions, and device use




- Build and maintain solid relationships with aesthetic clinics, KOLs, and clinic groups
- Contribute to clinical protocols and best practice materials
- Support Sales and Marketing with clinical insights and educational sessions
- Represent Alma at conferences, workshops, and key client events
- Ensure compliance with regulations and licensing requirements across Australia and New Zealand
- Travel regularly across ANZ with advance planning and operational support

What You Will Bring

- Clinical qualification in nursing, dermal therapy, or a relevant allied health field
- Mandatory hands-on experience using energy-based devices, laser, IPL, RF
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Confidence in delivering training to individuals and groups
- In-depth understanding of treatment protocols, patient safety, and clinical best practice
- Familiarity with aesthetic industry trends
- Knowledge of regulatory and licensing frameworks across ANZ
- Flexibility and willingness to travel regularly across ANZ
