Join one of Queensland's fastest-growing residential construction companies, specialising in premium steel-framed granny flats, modular homes and residential buildings.

We're looking for an experienced Welder / Steel Fabricator who takes pride in producing high-quality work. You'll play a key role in manufacturing precision steel wall frames, roof trusses and structural components that become quality homes for Australian families.

What You'll Be Doing

- Fabricate and weld steel wall frames and roof trusses
- Read and interpret fabrication drawings and engineering plans
- Operate welding and fabrication equipment safely
- Assemble structural steel components to precise specifications
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure high standards




- Assist with loading and preparing completed frames for delivery
- Work with the construction team during installations when required
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe work environment

What We’re Looking For

- Experience welding structural steel or light gauge steel framing
- Ability to read and interpret workshop drawings
- Experience manufacturing steel frames and roof trusses highly regarded
- Experience in residential construction, modular homes or shed building is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Reliable, punctual and a team player
- Current Driver's Licence
- Forklift Licence (advantageous but not essential)
