SVdPSHA is seeking an experienced Project Manager to own housing development projects from feasibility through handover, reporting to the Chief Development Officer and maintaining a strong in office presence.

You’ll coordinate design consultants and contractors, chair PCG meetings, manage budgets and risk, and ensure delivery on time and on budget with a smooth handover to Asset Management and Tenancy teams.
