The Trustee for AS Unit Trust Full-Time Chef Required Toco Fresh is seeking a full time Chef to join their dynamic team at 83 Majors Bay Road, Concord, NSW, 2137. TOCO Fresh is a contemporary café offering premium coffee and a diverse all-day breakfast and lunch menu. The business is committed to serving fresh, high-quality food and beverages in a welcoming atmosphere, with a strong focus on quality, freshness, and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Checking freshness of food and ingredients.
- Assisting executive chefs in day-to-day kitchen operations and a commitment to delivering high quality food and service to the client.
- Supervising and coordinating activities of cooks and other food preparation workers.
- Developing recipes and determining how to present food-Planning menus and ensuring uniform serving sizes and quality of meals.
- Inspecting supplies, equipment and work areas for cleanliness and functionality.
- Hiring,



training and supervising cooks and other food preparation workers.
- Ordering and maintaining inventory of food and supplies.
- Monitoring sanitization practices and following kitchen safety standards.
- Determining how food should be presented and create decorative food displays.
- Demonstrating new cooking techniques and equipment for staff.
