Queensland Childcare Services (QCCS) is seeking a passionate Bush Kindy Leader to join HillsEarly Learning Centre (ELC).

Schedule: Monday - Friday, up to 37.5 hours per week - OPENING & CLOSING SERVICE (6:30am to 6:30pm)
Location: Jimboomba
Compensation: Up to $39/hr + super

Bush Kindy Leader/Lead Educator
Bush Kindy Leader/ Lead Educators are responsible for guiding our nature program with creativity and confidence, mentoring team members, and ensuring high-quality educational programs.

Responsibilities:

- Lead curriculum planning and program delivery for children aged 0–5 years
- Mentor and support Assistant Educators
- Foster inclusive, engaging, and safe learning environments
- Build strong partnerships with families and the wider community
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and centre standards

Qualifications & Attributes:

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education
- Current Blue Card
- Leadership experience and strong curriculum knowledge
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
