Workfast is looking for RIW Fire technician to join the various Sydney Metro projects on the rail corridor.

This is a high-profile rail infrastructure project offering long-term, secure work in a safety-focused environment.

We’re seeking trade-qualified Fire Technician with current RIW accreditation who can hit the ground running on site.

Ideal candidates will have previous rail or large infrastructure experience and be comfortable working in a high-compliance environment.

- 10-hour shifts, Monday to Friday

What You Need

- Cert 2/3 in Fire Protection
- Current RIW card
- White Card
- Previous experience on infrastructure or rail projects
- Own hand tools and PPE
- Available for immediate start

What You Will Be Doing





- Installing and maintaining Fire Systems on rail infrastructure
- Sprinkler fit out, layout and Fire compliance check lists
- Ensuring work complies with Fire and rail safety standards
- Working from Fire schematics and construction plans
- Liaising with site supervisors and other trades
