About the role
Join our Waste Management Centre as a Tollbooth Operator, where you will be the welcoming face supporting customers as they dispose of waste responsibly.
You will be the first point of contact for customers, offering clear guidance, great service, and helping people make the right choices for the setting.
Role accountabilities include:
- Providing welcoming, accurate and helpful customer service for Centre visitors.
- Operating electronic payment and management systems with precision and efficiency.
- Ensuring correct waste separation advice, including reuse, recycling, and landfill options.
About you
You are a customer‑focused, reliable, and organised person who enjoys helping people and contributing to a positive team environment. You bring strong communication skills, accuracy in your work, and the ability to stay calm and professional when solving issues. You are confident working independently, managing your time well, and maintaining accurate records to support smooth daily operations.
