The Role

Reporting into the Group FP&A; Manager, you will be responsible for a range of duties spanning FP&A;, commercial analysis and finance business partnering. Duties include:

- Preparation and delivery of monthly board reporting packages including operational performance and analysis of key business drivers
- Preparation of the group's annual budget
- Periodic forecasting/reforecasting
- Liaising with stakeholders to drive commercial outcomes and provide decision support to the business
- Financial modelling and scenario analysis
- Providing insights and decision support into the group’s long term strategic plan




- Business partnering with finance and non-finance stakeholders

The Client

About You

- CA qualified with a minimum of 6 years total experience
- Experience working in a large corporate environment (preferably Property or Real Estate focussed) OR making your first move from a Big 4 Chartered Accounting firm (Corporate Finance, TS or M&A; experience will be held in high regard)
- Strong Excel skills
- Be able to build effective working relationships across multiple functions
