The Opportunity

As Team Leader, you'll lead and mentor a team of Strata Managers while maintaining a small, manageable portfolio of your own.

This role would suit an experienced Team Leader or a Senior Strata Manager ready to step into leadership. You'll have the opportunity to influence team performance, coach emerging talent, and help shape the future of a business that believes great people are its greatest asset.

Your Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor and support a team of four Strata Managers.
- Drive engagement, development and performance across the team.
- Conduct regular coaching and development conversations.




- Support the team with complex strata matters when required.
- Manage a reduced portfolio of key clients.
- Work alongside senior leadership to improve systems, processes and service delivery.
- Embrace new technology and AI tools that improve efficiency and client outcomes.
- Foster a collaborative, supportive and high-performing team culture.

About You

You'll enjoy seeing others succeed and have a genuine passion for leadership.

You'll ideally bring:

- Previous experience as a Team Leader, Senior Strata Manager or Operations Manager.
- Strong knowledge of NSW strata legislation.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- A collaborative leadership style with a passion for mentoring others.
- A proactive mindset and enthusiasm for innovation and continuous improvement.
- The ability to remain calm, solutions-focused and approachable.
