Key Areas of Practice
We are seeking RMA experienced in:
- Employer Sponsored Visas – Subclass 482, 186, 494, Labour Agreements
- General Skilled Migration (GSM) – Subclass 189,
190, 491 including Skills Assessments
- Family & Partner Visas
- Preparing high-quality submissions and legal arguments
- Researching migration legislation, policy and case law
- Representing clients at the Administrative Review Tribunal (ART)
Essential Requirements
- Registered Migration Agent (OMARA registered)
- Minimum 1–2 years migration practice experience
- Strong case management, research, and submission preparation skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and meet KPIs
