About The Company

Our client is a leading developer-builder based in NSW, dedicated to delivering boutique residential projects. The company emphasises solid site leadership, safety standards, and quality workmanship, ensuring that every project is completed to the highest standards. With an expanding pipeline of residential developments, our client fosters a collaborative team environment where quality and safety are top priorities.

About The Opportunity

As a Site Manager for a boutique Class 2 residential development, you will be responsible for overseeing all on-site construction activities from end to end, ensuring that projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to a high standard of quality. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Oversee construction activities, workforce, plant, and material resources to achieve project timelines and budget objectives.
- Implement and manage Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), ensuring all works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
- Ensure compliance with WHS regulations through toolbox meetings, SWMS implementation, site inductions, and proactive safety planning.
- Coordinate inspections with Principal Certifying Authorities (PCA), consultants, and relevant authorities,



while managing and resolving defects and non-conformances.
- Supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site labour to maintain productivity, quality outcomes, and adherence to the construction program.
- Manage site logistics including procurement, deliveries, access control, resource allocation, and scheduling activities.
- Maintain accurate project records and documentation while monitoring site performance, risks, compliance obligations, and operational standards.

About You

The successful candidate will have experience managing sites and the ability to take full ownership of projects from brief to delivery:

- 3+ years’ experience as a Site Manager or Senior Foreman on Class 2 residential projects.
- Proven delivery of boutique or mid-rise residential construction developments.
- Strong ability in coordinating consultants and resolving design and build issues.
- Experience managing procurement, site logistics, and construction programs.
- Solid understanding of NSW construction regulations and site procedures.
- Trade qualification in Carpentry or similar with drawing interpretation skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organised site management approach.
- White Card, driver’s licence, and strong commitment to safety and compliance.
