About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to install, service, maintain, and fault-find electronic security systems while assisting with general electrical works across a variety of client sites.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

- Installing, servicing, and maintaining CCTV, alarm, and access control systems
- Diagnosing faults across security and electrical systems
- Programming and commissioning electronic security systems
- Attending residential, commercial, strata, and real estate service calls
- Completing security upgrades, renovations, and new installations




- Assisting with general electrical maintenance and service work
- Communicating professionally with clients while representing the business on-site
- Completing job documentation using the company's job management system
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship, safety, and customer service

About You

The successful candidate will have:

- 4+ years of experience within the security and electrical industry
- Current NSW Security Licence and Electrical Licence
- Strong experience installing, servicing, and fault-finding electronic security systems
- Experience in completing electrical maintenance and service work
- Current White Card and Driver's Licence (Manual preferred)
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, organised, and able to work independently

Highly regarded:

- Experience with Dahua, Bosch, Hikvision, Ness, Inner Range, Hills, Gallagher, or Tecom systems
- Experience working across strata, commercial, and property management environments
