The Opportunity
This opening is for an experienced Financial Planning Administrator or Junior Client Service person to join a close-knit team of driven and process-centric financial professionals. You will assist in providing seamless client service, implementation and administrative support to the Financial Advisers. You will also work with the broader team and licensee to ensure that clients are looked after in a professional and timely manner. Ideal for a self-motivated and organised individual with a passion for quality client service. This varied and exciting opening is suited to a client service professional, with possibly about 12 months experience who is looking to take on an energetic and challenging position. Long-term and permanent role - grow within the business and build on your existing skill set. The role provides the opportunity to work with HNW and UHNW clients.
The Role
- Provide seamless support to the advisers and manage the implementation of advice
- Answer general enquiries from clients. This will be in all forms, including in-person, by telephone or email
- Act as the first point of contact for all portfolio management and implementation queries
- Maintain Xplan and all other client databases and transaction records
- Ensure all online systems and resources are operational, maintained and current
- Provide exceptional implementation support to all clients
- Develop and maintain client relationships
The Candidate
We would love to see applications from enthusiastic and skilled individuals who:
Have at least 1-2 years of financial planning administration or client service experience within a financial planning firm
- A natural ability to engage with people directly, particularly busy professionals
- Solid Xplan knowledge and skills
- Strong computer skills (MS Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Highly developed relationship-building skills
- Outstanding attention to detail with superb organisation skills
- Excellent communication abilities - both written and verbal
