We are seeking an ambitious Co-Agent who is hungry to learn, prepared to work hard and committed to becoming one of the industry's next top performers.

You’ll work alongside a high-performing sales team based in Newcastle, receive hands-on mentoring from experienced agents, and gain exposure to every aspect of residential sales. If your goal is to become a successful Lead Agent earning a substantial income, we’ll give you the training, systems and support to help you get there.

What You'll Be Doing

Every day is different, but your role will include:





- Building relationships with buyers, sellers and the local community.
- Prospecting and generating new business opportunities.
- Conducting buyer inspections and following up enquiries.
- Booking market appraisals and listing appointments.
- Assisting with the management of sales campaigns from listing through to settlement.
- Delivering exceptional service to every client.
- Working closely with your Lead Agent to achieve outstanding results.

Who We're Looking For

You don't need a lifetime of experience-you need the right mindset.

We're looking for someone who:

- Has been in an associate role for a minimum of 12 months
- Is ambitious and driven to succeed.
- Has outstanding communication and people skills.
- Is confident, resilient and enjoys meeting new people.
- Takes initiative and has a strong work ethic.
- Is organised, accountable and eager to learn.
- Wants to build a long-term career in real estate- not just find their next job.
- A current Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Licence is essential, along with a current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
