Previous experience in a property Officer/Receptionist position is highly desired.

Highly organized with an exemplary eye for detail, capable of working autonomously.
Possesses excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Must own a reliable car and hold a current driver's license.
Tasks & responsibilities
Assist the Property Manager with the day-to-day management of a residential property portfolio.
Coordinate maintenance requests and liaise with landlords,
tenants and tradespeople to ensure timely completion of repairs.
Conduct routine, ingoing and outgoing property inspections and prepare detailed inspection reports.
Respond promptly to tenant and landlord enquiries via phone and email.
Prepare lease documentation, tenancy agreements, lease renewals and other property management correspondence.
Assist with rent reviews and lease renewals in accordance with current legislation.
Monitor maintenance progress and follow up on outstanding work orders.
Maintain accurate property records and update the agency's property management software.
Assist with arrears management and administrative tasks as directed.
Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act, agency policies and procedures.
Provide exceptional customer service while building strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors.
Support the Property Management team with general administration and other duties as required.
