Construction Site Supervisor – Custom Homes

About the Role

You will oversee multiple custom residential builds from site commencement through to handover, ensuring every project is completed safely, on time, within budget and to an exceptional standard.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise custom residential home builds from start to completion.

- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and trades across multiple projects.

- Keep construction schedules on track and ensure deadlines are achieved.

- Conduct regular quality and safety inspections.

- Build strong relationships with clients and provide regular project updates.

- Coordinate materials and ensure trades have everything required on site.

- Complete site documentation, progress reports, variations and quality inspections.





- Work closely with management to continually improve systems and project delivery.

About You

- Qualified Carpenter or similar building trade.

- Previous experience as a Construction Site Supervisor, Site Supervisor, Residential Supervisor or Construction Supervisor.

- Experience supervising custom residential projects is highly regarded.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage trades and build positive relationships.

- Highly organised with excellent planning and time management.

- Confident problem solver who can make sound decisions on site.

- Passionate about delivering high-quality workmanship.
