About the Role

We’re partnered with a well-established mining organisation seeking an experienced HR Advisor in MT ISA supporting site-based operations.

This is a hands‑on role working closely with leaders on site, providing support across the full employee lifecycle including employee relations, workforce planning, and day‑to‑day HR delivery.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring consistent HR practices across site while contributing to a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide day‑to‑day HR support across site operations
- Support leaders with employee relations matters, including investigations and case management
- Assist with workforce planning and recruitment activities
- Support performance management and development processes
- Contribute to enterprise agreement application and IR processes
- Drive engagement,

- Ensure HR policies and procedures are applied consistently across site

About You

- Experience in a HR Advisor role within mining or heavy industry
- Sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation and IR processes
- Confident supporting leaders in a site‑based environment
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Practical, solutions‑focused approach
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Current driver’s licence
