Cortani Interiors is seeking a full-time Assembler/factory hand to join our manufacturing team in Narangba, Queensland. This role is critical to maintaining production efficiency and ensuring our shower screens and glass products are manufactured to the highest quality standards for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Assemble shower screens to strict quality standards
- Cut and kit aluminium extrusions accurately
- Assist with stock management and inbound deliveries
- Work closely with installation teams to support strong customer outcomes
- Job management via cloud-based applications using factory iPads
- Coordinate with glaziers to maintain glass supply flow and keep jobs on schedule
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within production

Skills & Experience





- Experience in shower screen or glass manufacturing (Aluminum product experience highly regarded; transferable skills considered – full training provided)
- Confident using iPad-based applications
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to QA processes
- Ability to read and interpret BOMs and cut sheets accurately
- Capable of maintaining accurate production records
- Practical problem-solving skills and a process-improvement mindset
- Forklift licence, White Card and First Aid certificate highly regarded
