The opportunity:

- Build customer relationships by keeping customers informed on the progress of the service of their vehicle
- Provide advice on services and availability
- Verify that customer needs have been fulfilled
- Actively contribute to the team and deliver high quality customer service
- Focus on solutions finding, efficiency, profitability and growth
- Contributing to continuous improvement activity within the team.





About you:

- Experience in a similar role or knowledge/experience in a similar industry

- Relevant current vehicle licence/s
- Previous experience with service writing and invoicing will be highly valued.
