About the role:

You’llwork with your front-line team to provide outstanding care to residents, promoting a culture of values-based, person-centred care.

Through your knowledge,you’llpromote a high standard of quality and compliance, ensuring your facility meets all regulatory requirements through best practice clinical care and audit activities.You’llensure strong financial sustainability by driving community engagement to support occupancy whilst overseeing property maintenance,hospitalityand lifestyle programs.

Working closely with your senior clinicians,you’lllead a team of nurses, personalcarersand support staff, ensuring their ongoing performance by providing coaching and direction to enable their success.

Role requirements:

- Full, unrestricted AHPRA registration and unlimited work entitlements
- Experience coordinating care provision within a large team
- Confidence to manage conflict,pressuresand competing priorities
- Ability to provide leadership,supportand mentorship to other team members
- Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies
- NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain
