We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support order management for reseller channel customers. You will manage customer enquiries, process orders, and work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient service experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and schedule customer orders to maximise inventory and warehouse efficiency
- Manage customer enquiries, escalations, and complaints via phone and email
- Build rapport and maintain positive customer relationships
- Collaborate with internal sales, warehouse, and inventory teams
- Assist with continuous improvement projects and service optimisation
About You
- Located in or near Pinkenba
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar customer service role
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (essential)
- Experience with SAP (highly desirable)
- Ability to work full-time onsite (Mon-Fri, 8:00am-4:30pm)
Requirements
- Full and unrestricted Australian working rights (no sponsorship offered)
- Valid National Police Check
- Successful completion of pre-employment medical
