The Prospect
This is a pivotal Project Manager role with full accountability across estimating, programming, commercial performance, and project delivery within a growing electrical contractor.
You’ll take ownership of multiple projects, leading engineers, supervisors, and field crews to deliver on time, on budget, and to a high standard — while maintaining strong control over margin, productivity and client outcomes.
This role suits a hands‑on, commercially astute leader who understands how to connect site execution with financial performance and drive results across the full project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of electrical construction projects
- Manage project budgets, forecasting and cost control
- Drive programme performance and site productivity
- Oversee subcontractor, contract and claims management
- Maintain solid client relationships and reporting
- Provide clear leadership across site teams and work fronts
About You
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within electrical or construction environments
- Robust understanding of project delivery, productivity and cost drivers
- Demonstrated commercial and contractual capability
- Confident leading multi-disciplinary teams on site
- Ability to operate autonomously and make sound decisions
