Customer Service Officer

We’re looking for a Customer Service Officer to join a Nationally recognised Australian manufacturer of residential/commercial gas products.

This role is focused on handling enquiries and providing support to both customers and other internal teams to keep operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities:

- Receiving and resolving incoming customer enquiries.
- Processing customer bookings, deliveries and service requests.
- Effectively communicating with other internal team members and departments.
- Handling customer disputes and escalating if required.




- Accurate data entry to maintain and update records and order information.

What we’re looking for:

- Previous experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing office role.
- Prior experience in a call-center environment a bonus (not required)
- Good communication and organisational skills, internal and external.
- Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Valid working rights within Australia.
