As a Sales Coach - I am hiring for my client, A Tier 01 Real Estate Agency

We specialise in residential sales and property management and provide full training, mentorship, and proven systems to help you succeed.

We’re looking for a motivated Real Estate Associate to prospect and grow our client base. This is an entry-level role — no previous real estate experience required. You’ll learn the business on the job while earning competitive pay and uncapped commissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Proactively prospect the Region/Area (cold calling, door-knocking, canvassing, community events).
- Generate and qualify leads; build and maintain a strong local database.
- Conduct appraisals and market presentations with senior agents.
- Coordinate inspections, open houses and vendor/tenant communications.




- Support sales and property management teams with administration and client follow-up.
- Attend training, team meetings and local networking to grow skills and pipeline.

What We’re Looking For

- High motivation, resilience and a robust work ethic.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with face-to-face prospecting and cold outreach.
- Local knowledge of Region/Area and surrounding suburbs is a plus.
- Driver’s licence and reliable transport.
- Willingness to learn, receive feedback and follow proven systems.
- NSW real estate qualifications preferred but not required — we’ll support training/licensing.
