Based from our Clients Branch in Derwent Park, you will manage and expand an existing customer base across the Southern regions of Tasmania. This is a hands-on, relationship-driven role where you'll spend much of your time on the road meeting customers, identifying opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key responsibilities

- Manage and grow an existing customer base across Hobart, TAS
- Develop new business opportunities within residential, commercial, and trade sectors
- Provide product advice and tailored solutions to customers
- Prepare quotes, follow up on leads, and close sales
- Maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, roofers and distributors
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order delivery and customer satisfaction

About you

- Proven experience in a sales or account management role
- Background in building materials, roofing, or manufacturing is highly regarded
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to work autonomously and manage a regional territory
- Valid driver's licence
