ABOUT THE POSITION.

Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will oversee the successful delivery of diverse projects across Canberra, ranging from $5M to $30M in value. In your role as Project Manager, you will take a key leadership position in managing all aspects of the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with the client’s budgetary requirements.

DUTIES.





- Manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams
- Develop and oversee project schedules to building specification and standards
- Deliver clear and timely project updates and reports to senior management

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.

- Tertiary or Trade Qualification in a building related discipline
- Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager on a range of projects
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, with a proven ability to build strong client relationships
- Familiarity with Procore is desirable but not mandatory
