At Eureka Furniture, our Assistant Store Leaders play a critical role in driving sales and supporting high-performing teams. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who loves retail, thrives on the sales floor, and is ready to step up and make an impact.

Working closely with the Store Leader, you’ll help lead a motivated, customer-focused team while delivering strong sales results and exceptional showroom standards.

The Opportunity

As an Assistant Store Leader, you’ll support the day-to-day running of our Liverpool showroom. You’ll be actively involved in sales, coaching team members, and ensuring customers receive an outstanding experience from start to finish.

This role is ideal for an experienced Assistant Leader who is confident on the floor, KPI-driven, and ready to grow their leadership career in big-ticket retail.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the Store Leader in driving sales, KPIs, and store performance
- Lead by example on the sales floor, engaging customers and closing sales




- Coach and motivate the team to deliver strong selling behaviours and service standards
- Assist with daily store operations including customer service, stock, and inventory control
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and showroom presentation
- Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
- Support compliance with company policies, procedures, and WHS requirements
- Step into the Store Leader role when required

About You

- Proven experience in an Assistant Store Leader or senior retail leadership role
- Strong sales capability with a results-driven mindset
- Confident communicator who can motivate and influence a team
- Passion for customer experience and relationship building
- Organised, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
- Adaptable to work weekends and peak trading periods
