Your Responsibilities





Reporting to the Project Manager you will be responsible for the overall site delivery of this major project, ensuring safety, programme, quality and subcontractor performance objectives are achieved.

- Lead and coordinate all site activities.
- Drive construction programmes and milestone delivery.
- Manage subcontractor performance and site productivity.
- Maintain high safety and quality standards.
- Liaise with project stakeholders and consultants.
- Mentor and develop site-based team members.

You

- Australian Experience Essential Local Subcontractor Knowledge Proffered
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on large commercial projects
- High-rise construction experience highly regarded
- Robust leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Excellent understanding of safety and quality systems
- Must want best Site Manager gig on the Gold Coast
