NGU Real Estate Logan is growing, and we're looking for a motivated Junior Property Management Support professional to work directly alongside our Head of Property Management.
This is not just an entry-level admin role. It is a structured development position designed for someone who wants to build a long-term career in property management within a high-performing, fast-paced office. You will be mentored closely, exposed to all aspects of portfolio management, and given clear pathways for progression.
About the Role
This role is designed to support the Head of Property Management in delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants while ensuring compliance, efficiency, and proactive communication.
You will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day portfolio tasks, administration, coordination, and client service.
Key Responsibilities
Portfolio & Administrative Support
- Assist with preparation of Form 6 agreements and lease documentation
- Draft and process lease renewals
- Prepare routine inspection notices and follow up on reports
- Upload documentation and maintain accurate file compliance
- Manage data entry and CRM updates
- Assist with trust accounting administration (where required)
Tenant & Landlord Communication
- Respond to general tenant enquiries
- Assist with maintenance follow-ups
- Coordinate trades and obtain quotes
- Support with arrears follow-up under guidance
- Prepare correspondence on behalf of the Head of PM
Maintenance Coordination
- Log maintenance requests
- Allocate work orders to approved trades
- Track progress and ensure completion
- Communicate updates to landlords and tenants
Inspections Support
- Assist with routine inspection scheduling
- Help prepare inspection reports
- Support entry and exit condition report processes
General Office Support
- Assist reception during peak periods (if required)
- Maintain organised digital and physical filing systems
- Contribute to process improvements within the department
About You

Essential Requirements
- QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate (or currently completing)
- Driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- High level of computer literacy
Desirable (But not Essential)
- Previous real estate or administration experience
- Experience using PropertyMe or similar software
- Understanding of QLD tenancy legislation
