Are you an experienced Registered Nurse looking for your next leadership opportunity within a supportive and high-performing aged care environment?

We are currently recruiting for an exciting Care Manager chance with a well-established and highly regarded for-profit aged care provider on the Central Coast.

The Opportunity

As Care Manager, you will work closely alongside the Facility Manager and a fellow Care Manager to lead clinical excellence across the service.

Reporting structure

Facility Manager → 2x Care Managers → Registered Nurses & Care Team

You will play a key role in:

- Leading and supporting the clinical team to deliver high-quality resident care
- Driving best practice clinical standards and positive resident outcomes
- Supporting compliance,



documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Coaching and mentoring staff to achieve their full potential

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Current AHPRA Registered Nurse registration
- Minimum 1 year experience in an aged care leadership position
- Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of aged care standards
- A passion for developing teams and improving resident outcomes
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
