Springwood is seeking a highly capable Finance & Insurance Specialist to join our Team at Springwood. This role will appeal to a seasoned F&I; professional working with a valued brand and an established Sales team. Springwood IUA/LDV/Ram/Forthing is a long-established Dealership (1998) with a recently built showroom and is the biggest location for the Keema Automotive Group.

The Role
Based at Springwood of course, you will manage the finance and insurance function across the above brands as well as Used Cars focusing on Consumer and Guaranteed Future Value loans through different lenders.
You will work closely with an experienced sales team, providing expert finance and insurance solutions while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and an outstanding customer experience.
About You
You will bring:
- Proven experience as an Automotive Finance & Insurance Specialist
(or strong finance/lending experience within banking or financial services)
- A professional,
consultative approach suited to all transactions
- Strong commercial awareness with a focus on quality outcomes
- Excellent attention to detail and a disciplined, process-driven mindset
- Confidence working autonomously while supporting the sales team
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- A strong understanding of compliance and regulatory obligations
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the finance and insurance process from proposal to settlement
- Presenting tailored finance and insurance solutions aligned to customer needs
- Achieving agreed finance and insurance KPI outcomes
- Supporting the sales team with finance expertise throughout the sales process
- Following up end-of-term customers to assist with vehicle replacement
- Ensuring accurate, timely settlement of all finance contracts
- Maintaining strict compliance with all legislative and regulatory requirements
- Delivering a skilled, seamless and enjoyable customer experience
