The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapistto join our thriving practice on a part-time basis (20+ hrs per week) or full-time role consideredfor the right applicant. This diverse role involves treating sports and musculoskeletal injuries,
rehabilitation and developing personalised exercise programs for a wide range of clients.
Our practice sees predominantly private patients - roughly 90% are privately funded and linked to large sporting organisations in the local area. You’ll manage a loyal client base, work collaboratively with other health professionals, and participate in ongoing professional development sessions to sharpen your clinical skills.
Your key duties will include but not be limited to:
Building and maintaining a loyal caseload from our established client base.
Treating sports and musculoskeletal injuries and delivering comprehensive rehabilitation programs.
Developing individualised exercise plans, including Pilates and resistance training.
Focusing on our clients' lifelong physical health by addressing their underlying causes of injury.
Collaborating with GPs, orthopedic surgeons, sports teams as well as strength and conditioning coaches.
Participating in ongoing professional growth through regular education sessions and mentoring.
What We're Looking For
The successful candidate will ideally have 2+ years of clinical experience and will work alongside titled & Masters qualified musculoskeletal Physiotherapists and a Pilates Physiotherapist with over 20 years’ experience. Previous private practice clinical experience is highly regarded.
Additionally, the successful candidate will have:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy and full AHPRA registration.
An NDIS Worker Screening Check and NDIS Worker Orientation Module (or willing to obtain).
A strong passion for helping clients achieve optimal health and function.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
A proactive, organised, and empathetic approach to client care.
A commitment to lifelong learning and professional growth.
