Hollcon is seeking experienced and ticketed labourers with an HR driver's licence to join our growing civil construction teams working across Brisbane and Logan.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on a variety of civil infrastructure projects with a well-established contractor, offering ongoing work and a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Civil labouring across a range of civil construction projects
- Pipeline installation, pits, trenching and backfilling
- Concreting works including footpath reconstruction and concrete footings
- Installation of underground services and civil infrastructure
- Spotting plant and equipment
- Assisting machine operators and supporting site crews
- Maintaining a safe and productive work environment

Essential Requirements

- Minimum 1 year experience in civil construction
- Current White Card (mandatory)




- Current HR Driver's licence
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Solid commitment to workplace health and safety

Desirable Tickets and Experience

The following will be highly regarded:

- Excavator, Skid Steer or Roller tickets
- Traffic Control tickets
- Confined Space Entry
- Working at Heights
- Pipe laying experience
- Civil construction qualifications
