AL AZEEM ENTERPRISES PTY LTD We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Retail Manager to manage the daily operations of AL AZEEM ENTERPRISES PTY LTD, trading as 7-Eleven. This is a full-time position for someone who has robust retail management skills and can lead a team in a busy store environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring smooth store operations, improving sales performance, and providing excellent customer service.

Task & responsibilities Manage product selection, monitor inventory levels, and uphold service quality to ensure smooth store operations. Develop and implement strategies for purchasing, marketing, and pricing to enhance product assortment and boost profitability.

Create and execute promotional campaigns and advertising initiatives to raise brand awareness and customer engagement. Lead sales activities by recommending products, offering expert guidance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of stock, financial transactions, and other vital operational information for effective oversight.

Prepare and oversight the store budget,



ensuring financial goals are achieved while controlling expenses. Recruit, train, supervise, and mentor staff to build a skilled and motivated team. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a secure environment for employees and customers alike.

Qualification & experience Proven experience in store or retail management or senior roles in retail operations. Thorough knowledge of convenience store management and retail sales techniques. Strong communication, leadership, and customer service capabilities.

Expertise in inventory control, logistics, and financial reporting. Familiarity with health and safety standards and regulatory compliance. Excellent analytical skills with keen attention to detail.

Ability to perform well and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced retail setting. Qualifications in Retail, or Business Management are an advantage.
