Due to ongoing growth Team Rehab Solutions, part of the Sports & Spinal Group, is seeking a passionate Community Physiotherapist to join our growing multidisciplinary team in North Brisbane.
You’ll be part of a supportive and collaborative team delivering high-quality in-home and community-based physiotherapy.
About the Role
- Is driven to build genuine, long-term connections with patients and deliver holistic, person-centred care
- Enjoys variety in their day-to-day work, including in-home and community-based appointments (NDIS & Home Care clients)
- Is confident managing their own schedule and enjoys autonomy across a Monday–Friday roster (30–38 hours per week)
- Thrives in a multidisciplinary team environment and values collaboration with other allied health professionals
- Has a passion for improving mobility, reducing pain, and enhancing quality of life in the community setting
- Is motivated to grow clinically and develop their career within a supportive, structured organisation
This role will require travel to the Sunshine Coast 2 days per week.

Requirements
- AHPRA-registered Physiotherapist with full Australian working rights
- Minimum 1–2 years’ experience preferred
- Experience in community, in-home, or NDIS settings highly desirable
- Current driver’s licence (company vehicle provided)
- Current or Eligibility to obtain a Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- Current or Eligibility to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check (Disability Worker Screening)
- Strong communication and time-management skills
