FSI Engineering in Queensland is seeking an experienced Safety & Compliance Manager to lead our safety and compliance framework across fabrication, site works and maintenance.

You will develop policies in line with the WHS Act and ISO 45001, deliver training, manage audits, and drive a proactive safety culture. This is a hands-on role requiring 5+ years in safety within engineering or construction, a Cert IV WHS, and willingness to travel across QLD.
