We are seeking an experienced F&I; professional to deliver tailored finance and insurance solutions and drive robust commercial outcomes. You are a driven and customer-focused specialist who is passionate about building a long-term career in automotive finance and insurance. You bring strong energy, accountability, and a results-driven mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities





- Present tailored finance and insurance solutions to customers based on their needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and sales consultants
- Achieve finance, insurance, and profitability targets through effective conversion and retention
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences throughout the finance process
- Manage end-to-end finance activities (consultations, applications, submissions, settlements)
- Support the Finance & Insurance Manager in driving business growth and overall department performance
- Maintain compliance, accuracy, and high administrative standards

Skills & Experience

- Proven experience in luxury automotive sales and finance & insurance (essential)
- Strong customer relationship and business development skills
- Experience with Titan DMS (preferred) and Volkswagen Finance Catalyst system (highly regarded)
- Background in banking, retail sales, or customer relationship management (advantageous)
- High level of organisation, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Cert IV Finance/Mortgage Broking or Financial Services (preferred)
